Ingredients (for four servings)
For Paratha
  • 1Cup Atta
  • Water
  • Salt (To taste)
For Chila
  • 1 Cup  Gram flor
  • 3/4 Cup of water
  • Salt (To taste)
Other ingredients
  • 1/2 kg boiled potato
  • 2 onion
  • Dry coriander powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Chat masala
  • Cardamom seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Salt (to taste)
Recipe

First of all prepare dough for Chapaties and make 4 chapaties. Prepare "Green Chutney" and "Red Chutney". Green Chutney is made by grinding green chilies, Coriander, and lamon syrup. Red Chutney is make by grinding Tamarind & Dates.

Then make Aloo saag. Take 2 table spoon oil in a pan and put it on stove. Then put cardmon seeds & masterd seeds in a hot oil, add  onion and fry till it turns pink, add the termaric pawder , coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala & salt. Add mashed boiled potatoes, heat it for 2 minutes and Aloo saag is ready. Make sure the Boiled Potatoes are properly mashed.

Prepare the chila batter and keep it ready. In a frying pan put 1 tea spoon oil & put the chapati in the pan. Then spread the Aloo saag on top of chapati. Make sure that Aloo Saag is evenly spread.
Spread one layer of chila batter on top of allo saag. Roast both sides well till it is completely cooked.

After the base is ready, put one layer of green chutney and red chutney each. Add one layer of curd on top of it. Add finely chopped onion and Besan sev and serve it.
